Steve Ullman

Managing Partner

Prior to founding Political Marketing + Media in 2014, Steve was a Regional Vice President at Home Team Sports, a division of the FOX Sports Media Group in New York. During his tenure, he created + led both the Political Category Sales + New Business Development (client direct) sales teams. Prior to FOX, Steve held sales and management positions at Blair TV, New World Sales & Marketing, Paxson Communications + Tribune Broadcasting. Steve is an active member of The American Association of Political Consultants + a frequent speaker on Sports and Politics and industry events nationwide. Steve is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and is a home team fan of the World Champion Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, Flyers and Sixers.

Jason Mendeloff

Lead Consultant – Midwest Region

Prior to joining Political Marketing + Media, Jason worked in ad sales for Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN) representing both the World Champion Washington Nationals as well as Baltimore Orioles Baseball. Jason also worked on the buying side at Greenstripe Media where he focused on media buying, planning + execution for key political + issue advertisers. Jason now leads PMM Digital and has been instrumental in setting up dozens of Political agencies with direct access to marquee Publishers in News Sports and Entertainment for both Programmatic and Managed Service campaigns. Jason is based in Ohio but claims no allegiance to the Cleveland Browns.

Vinnie Malcolm

Lead Consultant - West Region

Vinnie currently serves as Managing Director + President of The Malcolm Group , a consulting company specializing in Business Development, Branding, Sports, Politics + Media. He also is a former president of The Los Angeles Sparks of the WNBA as well as President + General Manager of KTLA-TV in Los Angeles. Vinnie has also worked at KCAL-TV + KIIS -FM radio in Los Angeles + started his media career at Grey Advertising in New York.

Karen J. Lincoln

Lead Consultant - South and Southeast

Karen is President of LMCS, a consulting company specializing in Strategy, Marketing, and Revenue Generation. Karen is a former VP/GM of WGXA-TV, President/Publisher of the Daily Advertiser, GM and VP of Sales for Comcast Spotlight, Paxson Communications, and New World Sales and Marketing.

Eric Marra

National Consultant

Eric comes to PMM after an 8-year stint as Sales Manager for CBS Television Stations in the San Francisco/Seattle region, responsible for National sales of NFL, PGA and NCAA multi-media packages. Eric also brings extensive sports and political marketing experience as former Sales Manager for Cox Reps / Telerep, National Sales Manager for Belo and National Sales Director for the NBA’s Golden State Warriors. Eric currently resides and operates out of the Bay Area, is an avid scuba diver and claims undying allegiance to the Seattle Mariners, Pittsburgh Penguins and Pittsburgh Steelers.
